Highly recommend!! I adopted a cat who was a previous patient of theirs and were super awesome about getting me important information for him. I needed to get my cat in for an infection but I have a really complicated schedule and they still were able to work with me and get him in quickly. They are helpful, efficient, and clearly care about animals genuinely.

I had to make an unexpected stop here during my road trip when my dog started acting incredibly lethargic, and the team at Spearfish Veterinary Clinic was an absolute lifesaver. Even though we were from out of town and didn't have an appointment, the front desk staff was incredibly empathetic and managed to squeeze us in right away. The veterinarian was so gentle and patient, thoroughly examining my pup and clearly explaining what was going on without trying to upsell me on unnecessary medical tests. Thanks to their quick, affordable, and deeply compassionate care, my dog was back to his happy self by the next morning, and I was able to continue my travels with complete peace of mind.

Always a friendly greeting when I walk in the door, the vet techs are always so kind and take such good care of my 2 dogs. My dogs have seen both Dr Martin and Dr Garbel and they are both amazing!! They take their time and listen, provide a thorough exam, give advice, recommendations, but also include me in the treatment decision making. Highly recommend this Vet Clinic for your pets needs!
