Terrible phone etiquette. Reception needs to figure out how to be more personable. The lack of respect is very distasteful. One phone call told me everything I need to know about your clinic. Also need to work on productivity.

We’ve been going here with our dogs for 19 years. They’ve always been very kind with our pets and us when we’ve had to put a pet down, nice conversation great care and advice. I’m very happy to have them in the community. I feel their pricing is very fair compared to what we paid before moving out this way.
