Unfortunately with the last few conversations I had, with the receptionist that sounds like a child on the phone, I will not be coming back to this clinic. He/She/They are extremely rude and can't ever keep track of when your appointment is made or what you were initially bringing your animal in for in the first place. They are extremely disorganized. I live about 30 minutes away from the clinic in South Dakota and sometimes traveling is weather permitting especially in the winter time. You would think they would understand this but instead, they want to start charging me ahead of time for my cat's appointments! One of my cats had an emergency situation last week and they couldn't get her in for 10 days!!! I thought regular patients get in faster with their home vet if it's an emergency and they wanted her to wait!!! I had to take her to the emergency vet last week and pay a ton more money and then when I called to cancel that appointment because obviously we didn't need it anymore, they told me I couldn't make another appointment unless I paid ahead of time!! The only person who treats me this way is the child sounding receptionist. I changed veterinarians. I will not be coming back here ever again.

Great people. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They have helped me bring a rescue kitten from brink of death to a excited and flourishing kitten. They love your animals just like you do!

While I’m satisfied with the teeth cleaning my dog received, I would advise that staff be trained on bedside manner. The tech dismissed my concerns, and the receptionist was just plain rude. I had to ask “Me?” at one point because she didn’t address me or look at me. Due to the unfriendliness, I will not be returning. It’s a shame because the vet herself came off as kind and compassionate when I did get to meet her the first time I brought my dog in.
