Was here with ex-husband , who had a decision to make regarding putting dog to sleep or not. Dr & staff were very empathetic & honest, gave him time to make the decision & spend time with dog prior to injection. Would recommend this clinic for large animals.

Unprofessional and disrespectful first impression. While the front desk staff were polite and doing their best, the experience was overshadowed by one of the owners speaking extremely loudly on a personal phone call in the front office area. The conversation was about her car being in the shop, and the volume was so disruptive that I could not concentrate on completing my paperwork. The receptionist was also clearly having difficulty hearing me. I addressed the situation politely and respectfully, saying: “Miss, with all respect, you are being very loud and I’m having a hard time concentrating on my paperwork.” There was no acknowledgment, and the loud personal conversation continued. This was my first visit, and it was disappointing and unacceptable behavior from someone in leadership. A veterinary clinic should be a calm, professional environment for clients and staff. Leadership sets the tone , and this set the wrong one.

Called today with an emergency situation. I have a little dog who has been fighting pancreatic cancer for a year. Today she had a stroke and Dakota large animal (who has seen some of my dogs in the past) could not get her in for euthanasia. Was told they couldn’t help me. She was struggling and I was hoping to not have to make the 25 minute drive to town. 💔
